This website is operated by Sarah H Davis – Writer & Artist. We provide art products, custom commissions, and professional services including copywriting and business documentation, workshops and intuitive sessions.
2. Products & Services
- Artworks & Physical Goods: Items sold as original pieces, prints or commissioned artworks are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to display settings or materials used.
- Custom Commissions: All commission requests are subject to agreement on brief, pricing, timeline, and approval. A deposit may be required prior to starting.
- Copywriting & Documentation Services: Projects are quoted individually. Final deliverables will be provided based on the agreed brief. Turnaround times depend on the scope of work.
- Workshops & Intuitive Sessions: Workshops and sessions are offered as guided, creative and reflective experiences. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional advice. Individual experiences may vary. Full details, including booking, cancellation, and attendance policies, will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Digital Products
From time to time, we may offer digital downloads (e.g. templates, art prints, tutorials, writing resources, etc.)
- Digital products will be delivered via email or download link, after purchase.
- Refunds are not available for digital downloads unless otherwise stated, due to the nature of instant access.
- Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute or alter these files for resale without written permission.
4. Bookings and Service Delivery
Workshops and intuitive sessions are booked in advance via the website or agreed method of contact. Upon booking, you will receive confirmation of your session, which serves as proof of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details are correct at the time of confirmation.
Details relating to the time, location and any preparation required will be provided in advance. For in-person sessions, please ensure you arrive on time, as late arrival may result in a shortened session.
We reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions where necessary. In such cases, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered.
5. Payments
All prices are listed in GBP. Payments are processed securely through PayPal or your chosen payment method. We do not store any payment details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Physical Goods: We aim to dispatch within 3 working days. Shipping times and costs will vary by location.
- Commissioned Work: Timeframes will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Please note that delivery delays, due to unforeseen circumstances, will be communicated promptly.
- Print-on-Demand Orders: Expected product dispatch and delivery times will be stated at the point of purchase and are dependent of order size and your location.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our separate Returns Policy for detailed information. Custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable once approved and completed, unless damaged in transit or faulty.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, artwork, text and designs, is the property of Sarah H Davis unless otherwise credited. You may not use, reproduce or distribute any material without express permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure that the website and all content are accurate and up to date, but make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, content accuracy or suitability of products and services. I am not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of this site or its content.
