Wildlight Spirit Writing & Soul Imprints is a calm, intuitive practice inspired by 19th-century automatic writing traditions, using a heart-shaped planchette to guide movement across the page.

With a focus on inner awareness, sessions invite you to access your subconscious mind and personal spirit guides through words, symbols, and creative expression. Each experience is positive and grounded – often revealing meaningful impressions that can be reflected upon, interpreted, and, if desired, transformed into a unique ‘Soul Imprint’ artwork to take away from your experience.
