Please get in touch with any queries regarding your purchase or my Returns Policy.

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, I offer a 14 days no-quibble returns policy on all items. For exceptions, please see below.

Please get in touch to request a return and I will forward return postage details to you.

Refunds are eligible on all goods that are returned in a brand new and as received condition. Please dispatch securely, in original packaging where possible.

On receipt of returned items, you will receive a full-refund (including postage paid) or an exchange of goods, whichever has been specified.

Returns postage is paid for by the buyer. Please ensure that items are sent by tracked delivery. This provides your peace of mind, as well as full traceability.

Personalised items have been modified especially for you, at your request and are therefore not eligible for refund or exchange. This includes:

  • Pyrography inscribed wood products where a personalised message or inscription has been added after purchase.
  • Personalised items where an inscription or personalised image has been embroidered, painted or applied in any way, to a product after purchase.
  • Any made-to-order, commissioned pieces or products that have been personalised in any way and therefore, not eligible for re-sale. (Please be assured that images of personalisation and made-to-order items will be sent by email to you, for your consideration, prior to purchase.)

There is never an obligation to buy ‘made-to-order’ items (that can be re-sold), for any reason.

It you have received a personalised item that you are not happy with or it has been damaged in transit, please don’t hesitate to get in touch for a resolution. I will always do my utmost to resolve any issues upon request.

Original designed items from the artists at Wildlight Studio, which appear within Wildlight Studios pages, are made-to-order. They are printed and shipped via a professional print partner. Print-on-demand items are made especially for you, which prevents over-production, enables worldwide availability and reduces costs, especially shipping costs to you.

For this reason I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.

Please check the product details carefully before ordering. We have carefully chosen garments and products of a high quality for our designs.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me and I’ll happily arrange a replacement, free of charge.
